Lisa Dawn Grech, age 58, passed away on February 17, 2026, following a courageous and determined battle with renal failure and lung cancer.
Lisa was a true individual who always chose her own path and lived life entirely on her own terms. Known for her quick wit and vibrant spirit, she was the “funny, crazy, and loving” heart of her family. Her presence brought a unique energy to every room, and she will be deeply missed as a devoted sister, daughter, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany McGlyn, and son-in-law, Brian; her beloved grandchildren, Stella (7) and Connor (5), who were her greatest joy; her sisters, Rachel and Stacey; and her parents, Charles and Sharon Grech. Lisa also leaves behind multiple nieces and a nephew who will fondly remember her spirited approach to life.

Lisa was such a big part of my life! She was my closest friend through most of high school. I will miss her energetic Spirit! I can still see her trotting down the lane toward the creek singing fish, fish, pretty little fish! she was a force to be reckoned with. I will miss her. I loved her.

Lisa was a true free spirit. She brought life to any gathering and loved to laugh and find the fun in everything – we shared so many fun times in our early years in downtown Stroudsburg, and all over the Poconos! I was talking with you and reminiscing about a year ago when we bumped into each other at the store. I will miss you, my friend. Godspeed
