John L. Binder

In Memorial

John L. Binder, 70, of Coaldale, formerly of Lehighton, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 1, in his home. He as the husband of Debra (Reinbold) Binder. They were together for 36 years.

He was the son of the late David F. and Dorothea (Herling) Binder.

Before retiring he was a truck driver for many years.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Lisa, and her companion, Sonny Henthorne, of Coaldale; three sons, John, and his wife Jan, Jason, and Nathan, and his companion, Nicole Rang; three sisters, Dorothea, wife of Wayne Dittmar, Mary Coombe and Sandy Ziegenfuss; a brother, David C., and his wife, Alice; six grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Service: Memorial services will be held at the Mahoning Valley Ambulance Building, 902 Mill Road, Mahoning Valley, on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions in his name may be made to the Mahoning Valley Ambulance Association.
