Bradford D Winters, 77 passed away, after a brief illness, on 11/23/25, at Serenity Care in Old Forge, PA He was a long time resident of Scranton, PA
Brad was preceded in death by his mother, Arlene Clare Forestin, stepfather John Daniel Forestin, and his father Walter Winters. his sister Jacquelin DelVecchio.
He leaves behind his son Christopher D Winters, whom he adored. And nieces Lori Burcheri (Steven), and Stacey DelVecchio (James). Great niece Isabella Burcheri.
