Betty J. (Weeden) Silance, 95, of Easton passed away at home on Monday, June 24, 2024. She was the widow of Milton Silance, the couple celebrated 33 years of marriage.
Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Seeley and Ellen (Wendland) Weeden. Betty was a graduate of North Arlington High School and was employed as a Secretary for Prudential Financial American Life Insurance Company and CIT Group.
In her free time, Betty loved traveling and was an avid reader.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Donna Silance, her son, James Silance and his wife Kathy; her brother, Richard Weeden and his wife Beverly; and her grandchildren: Andrew, Marissa, and Chelsea Silance
The family would wish to thank Meals on Wheels of the greater Lehigh Valley, Forks Township police, and Suburban EMS for the care and compassion that was provided to her.
