What if you change my mind? The Money in the account is your money to use for your cremation. If you choice to use another provider, that provider need only to submit a death certificate and bill to receive payment.
Your family will never be asked to pay more. We guarantee our services and merchandise as per your pre-paid contract.
We can only guaranteed items under our direct control. Therefore Cash Advance items such as Death Certificates, Cemetery openings and Newspaper charges are not guaranteed. However it is best to plan and set money aside for these items with us. The money set aside will still earn interest to help offset those cost when the need arises so your family won’t have the full cost burden.
