David Victor Kuhns, 90, of Fountain Hill died on Saturday, March 15th, 2014 at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill. He was the widower of Geraldine (Hovan) Kuhns. The couple was married for 36 years.
Born in Lehigh Valley , he was the son of the late Oscar Henry and Bessie May (Warmkessel) Kuhns. David graduated from Allentown High School in 1941 and worked as a dairyman for Lehigh Valley Dairy and was a member of Teamsters Local 463 in Fort Washington .
David is survived by his two daughters: Rose Kuhns Gibson and her husband Jose Fernandez of Tampa , Fl and Elaine Torres-Cruz and her husband Benjamin of Bethlehem; his granddaughter: Elizabeth Maria Fernandez and his longtime friend: Zandra Hill of Allentown. He was preceded in death by his sister: Katheryn Beitler and his brother: Ernest Kuhns.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 20 at 10:30 am at Cedar Hill Memorial Park , 1700 Airport Road , Allentown , Pa 18109 to be conducted by Reverend Karen Moeschberger.
