Lynne “Little Lynne” Luzetsky Ropietski

In Memorial

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynne “Little Lynne” Luzetsky Ropietski, 54, on September 16, 2025 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital after a brief illness. Born on February 8, 1971, Lynne was the daughter of the late Carol Ann K. and Stephen P. Luzetsky.

Lynne attended Wyoming Valley West High School. An Edwardsville native, Lynne resided in the Wyoming Valley her entire life, never trekking far from the ones she loved or the place she called home. Strong and spirited, Lynne’s presence was always known with a voice you couldn’t help but hear coming. Lynne loved sunshine and water, often frequenting local creeks and fishing holes. Boy could she cook, never letting anyone leave without a full belly. Lynne was proof that you did not need to be the richest person in the room to give wholeheartedly. Lynne was preceded in death by her parents Carol Ann and Stephen P. Luzetsky, as well as by her brothers Stephen A. Luzetsky and Scott Luzetsky. She is survived by her long term partner and fiance’ John Morrow, Kingston; daughters, Stephanie Lynne Ropietski, Plymouth, and Robbi Carolynne Austin, Falls Church, VA; sisters, Lisa Luzetsky Campbell and her husband John, Edwardsville; Amanda Luzetsky and her fiance’ Joshua Evans, Edwardsville; nephew and godson John S. Campbell, Edwardsville; nieces, Meghan Campbell Davis, Forty Fort; and Emily Romanoskey, Edwardsville; and her beloved cat, Little Man, as well as many cousins and friends.
