Rebecca A. Place, 63, of Scranton died March 29, 2015 at home.
Born in Lancaster County the daughter of the late Dale and Anne, she was a retired Healthcare worker. She loved pets, enjoyed arts and crafts and being outdoors.
She is survived by a brother Thomas, and his wife Tamara.
Her family would like to thank all of Rebecca’s friends for the support and compassion they have shown.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday April 4, 2015 at 11:00am in the McDade Park Pavilion #2, Scranton.

Becky will be missed. Over the course of 8 years Becky became one of my best friends. Native Americans have a word “Hunka”. It means family by choice. Becky was my Hunka sisters. I pray you watch over me Beck. ..I love and miss you.
