Wayne Hadley, 71, a longtime resident of Dickson City, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, after living a life he often said was “on borrowed time.”
He was born on September 8, 1954, in Toms River, NJ, to Irene and Arthur Hadley.
What his family and friends will remember most is how he always made time to talk. Whether it was a long conversation or a quick check-in, he listened with genuine interest and made you feel important. His warmth, humor, and sincerity created a comfort that will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Penny J. Graff; his brother, Arthur Hadley; and his parents.
He is survived by his niece, Ashley Jones, and her husband, Justin; his nephew, David Graff, and his wife, Brianna; and his great-niece and great-nephew, June and Grey Jones. He is also survived by his longtime partner, Pamela Williams, along with her children and grandchildren, all of whom he cherished and who were a meaningful part of his life.
A private service will be held for immediate family.
While we mourn his loss, we will forever be grateful for the time we had with him—borrowed or not.
