Warren E. Rand of Greentown PA, born January 27, 1953 passed at CMC Geisinger Hospital Scranton PA on August 31, 2021. He is survived by his loving family his daughter Shannon and his grandsons Julian and Alex. Warren was also survived by his sisters, Mary, Susie, Kathy, Mariann and Geralyn. His parents Mary and Peter Skasko and his birth parents Esmond and Cecilia Rand preceded him in death. May he Rest In Peace. In lieu of flowers please donate to Ocean.org.
