Ruth Franchella 82 of Hazelton passed away peacefully
on September 22, 2020 at Mountain City Nursing Home where she had been a resident.
She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond E Fenner Sr.
She was born to the late Jerimiah and Alice Singer on Dec. 28, 1937 East Stroudsburg, Pa.
She was employed for many years as a seamstress.
She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Ruth Viechec Hazelton, Hannah Derby Clarks Summit, Raymond Fenner Larksville, Boyd Fenner Luzerne, Richard Fenner Colorado Springs, Alicia Kemzura Mountain Top.
Ruth had many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be private in request by the family.
