Condolences for the family of “Lawrence J. Cinelli”

Condolence from Brigida Padilla on May 5th, 2016 8:12 pm

I met Mr. Larry Cinelli years ago at Prospect Heights Care Center and remember what a great person he was with everyone at the center- his sense of humor was contagious and he always made me feel at home. He always had a smile on his face, and once even plowed my car out of the snow. I left the facility but a few years later we bumped into each other and he wished me well with that big welcoming smile as he shared that he was retiring. I am saddened to hear of his passing and extend my condolences to all of his family by sharing my experience with such a great man as Mr. Cinelli. So just know that you will truly be missed but never forgetten. God bless you Mr. Cinelli and I know you will take your big smile and sense of humor to heaven.

I worked with Larry a total of 9 years. He was a mentor to me as well as a friend. He made me laugh all the time and was just one of the sweetest people I’ve known.

Larry was one of the first people I met when I started in long term care in 1990 ! he was always someone I looked up to and considered a good friend. In the world of healthcare which is always changing, Larry was always so steady , helpful and found a way to keep us all laughing and having fun with it. Larry was a “giver” , he seemed to enjoy making sure we were all having a good day… a joke, a laugh or a great lunch !! The world has lost this good soul far too soon. Larry – Rest in peace and my condolences to the Cinelli family

Condolence from Judi Russo on May 10th, 2017 6:16 pm

I met Larry so many years ago through his friend, Dennis. We had years and years of many wonderful times and what we called “Big Chill” parties and weekends at the New Jersey Shore. We were like family. Lost touch with Larry when he moved to PA. but have been thinking about him for past month or so as I knew he was turning 70 in March and I turned 70 in April. I am so so sad that he is gone. He was someone that touched your life in so many good ways and you would never forget him. I just was telling my friend how I had been thinking about him and she told me to Google him, so I did and it brought me to here. My thoughts and prayers are with his sons, grandchildren and the entire Cinelli family. Rest in Peace, Dear Friend, Always in my mind and in my heart.
