Jerald O. Marro, 68 of Canadensis passed away Monday, September 23rd due to complications of a stroke. He was predeceased by his father, Frederick Marro, mother Shirley Marro, and sister Ann Marro. Jerald is survived by his son, Miles Kimball, Grandchildren, Charlotte, Hunter, and Miles Jr, his sister Susan Marro, brother Fred Marro and, cousins, aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was a handyman, a jack of all trades. Whenever you needed help, he was only a phone call away. Jerry spent his time helping others and making everyone’s yard look immaculate. He adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them. Jerald was cremated at Corey Brian Strauch Funeral Home in Scranton. He had a celebration of life on October 13th, and his ashes will remain with his son Miles.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of your dad Jerry. My husband Mike was the brother of his mom Shirley and we and my children spent many good times at their home. He had visited us a few years ago in Scranton to see his Uncle Mike O’Neill. In fact, his picture that I took that day came up on my phone the other day. My deepest condolences on his loss.
