Gary “Rocky” James Williams, 83 of Factoryville, passed away Monday February 17, 2025 at home. His wife is the late Natalie Wentland Williams. The couple was married 34 years. 

Born in Blakely he was the son of the late Charles Jay Williams and Ethel Ellen Paynter Williams. He worked at Westlake United in Mayfield until his retirement in 2001. He like to fish and hunt.

Surviving are daughters Wendy Edwards and husband David, Denise Phillips; sons Gary Williams and long time partner Tara Keiper; eight grandchildren Shawn, Scott and Steven Phillips, Dustin and Tyler Williams, Alan Williams, Automn Williams and Trinity Edwards and 10 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister Shirley McConnell, a brother John “Jack” Williams and a great grandson Vincent Freeman II.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Traditional Hospice for their support and care.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions can be made directly to the funeral home to help with final expenses.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
