Dennis Patrick Dunne, of Honesdale, passed away Dec. 12, 2021 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale.

Born in Jersey City, NJ he was the son of the late Augustine and Beatrice Dunne. He was a Police Officer in North Bergen New Jersey for many years.

Surviving are his companion Veronica “Ronnie” Morey, the couple had been together for over 30 years; two sons Dennis Martin Dunne and Sean Patrick Dunne.

He was preceded in death by a brother Kevin Moylan and a step father Walter Moylan.

A memorial dinner will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warriors or ASPCA.
